– [Full-Time] - Campus Dining Services is seeking a Chef Manager, responsible for the overall operation of the Campus Eatery including food purchases, production, storage, cleanliness, and product presentation; accurately completes all required paperwork and software input of various programs including payroll, food ordering, and catering reservations; experience in fiscal accountability, high-volume cooking, effective leadership roles, menu planning and ensuring customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts and ServSafe Certification Required; 5-7 years restaurant/academic environment experience required; must have valid driver’s license. This position is long term temporary. Compensation mid $40’s; position opened until filled;
