Dates: April 2010-September 2010 Duties: The Cook will report directly to the director of food and beverage. He/she will assist in supervising a part-time staff of 30-50 concessions employees.
The Cook will:
-Be responsible for preperation and cooking of all food in the concession stand
-Assist in unloading food/beverage deliveries
-Assist with inventory
-Help to maintain cleanliness in concession stands
Other positions avilable include Assistant Cooks, Food Preps, Cashiers and Picnic Servers.
