[Part-time][Ongoing Recruitment] – Community Education and Training at James Kerney Campus seeks a Sous Chef for the Center City Café. responsible for cooking food items according to menus, special diets, and nutritional restrictions; assist chef in preparation of catered meals; prepare and serve large quantities of food; combine and maintain records of foods used and expenditures; position may include cleaning of dishes, utensils, and kitchen; must maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment; insure adherence to all local health codes and OSHA excellent sanitation practices are essential; evenings required. HS/GED or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Compensation $12.00 per hour;
