The iconic Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for their next Pre-Arrival Coordinator to support the front office operations of the Resort.

This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida.

The ideal candidate has experience as a coordinator, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Pay: $19.75 Per Hour

What will I be doing?

Pre Arrival CoordinatorsOrganize and oversee all tour group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction. Ensure that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily. Answers and dispatches telephone calls. Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our Hotel, and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Company's high standards.
