Culinary chef has a good sense of smell and taste. Some of the culinary workers start from the bottom position like peeling, gutting, chopping, dish washing, performing as a waitress/waiter, or hosting in the cooking area.

The work of an executive chef is to create the menu, test cooking ingredients, invent the cooking ingredients, and manage the entire kitchen, stock for the entire kitchen. It takes more than years to become an executive chef.
